New Project: Burnley Bridge Business Park
We have recently been appointed to provide M&E and BREEAM consultancy for the Eshton Group, who are developing the Burnley Bridge Business Park.
The park is a strategic new 70 acre development directly adjacent to junction 9 of the M65, providing 650,000 ft² of quality industrial/distribution employment space in a carefully masterplanned environment.
